the news

From the Austin Chronicles:

http://www.austinchronicle.com/gyrobase/Issue/story?oid=oid%3A269761

This article talks about a new documentary abou heavy metal, in particular, blackmatal, theperhaps most dark and brutal genre in metal. Its central point is the relationship between the music and satanism and how it evolved in the last years, and what satanism mean for each artist.
furthermore, it also talks about some of the most cruel things happend in this sceen like for exemple, de dead of the Mayhem guitarrist Øystein "Euronymous" Aarseth, killed by the same man who burned several churches to "save Norway from Christianty and lead them back to the pagan roots: Varg Vikernes, who leaded the one man project Burzum.

It really interesting if you are into metal without any kind of prejudices.

6.- "Children are not properly raised by their parents today" (a little more than 100 words ;))

Perhaps one of the biggest problemas society today has, are its own children, the future of the world. Whats going on in the world with all its parents and it's children? Obviously something is going very wrong. It's a big issue the parents themselfs, the teachers and even de government has to deal with.

Lots of kids doesn't go anymore to school, they commit crimes and do everything they shouldn't. The main guilties are the parents, at least so is said. In the most cases this kids do the way they do because of familiar antecedents: at home something is going really wrong so the kid had to live his hole live with this, and acts like he was told to at home: badly. Anyway, there are also parents who don't have the time to raise their children, so they start acting like they want, behaving bad and, as I think, disrespectful to teachers and other school mates.

Are they any solutions for this? Actually they should be there even if we don't see them. Parents should raise their children, not the school. And of course there should exist some programs for families with social problems such as poverty, violence at home and similars. It would be a nice thing if at school the teachers observe and notice if something's going bad with one of its pupils, such as there should be more psycologists at school to attend the kids. Perhaps they can't talk with familiars or friends about problems.

So, finally, we can see that everything could go better if parents, teachers and government work together, not against each other. Think that we're talking about the future of this world, and they should be raised well, shouldn't they?
